TESTIMONIALS

It has been fantastic having Charlotte working with team for the last year. Not only has she left an incredible trail of deliverables and step changes to our business but she has also challenged us, kept us honest and fundamentally improved how we operate.

Charlotte brings a rare combination of skill experience and insight to the table, we have historically found effective communication really tough particularly given the technical nature of much of what we do and she has knocked it out of the park.

Luke Shepherd - Director, Haigh Environmental

Charlotte is such an amazing, five-star find. Her confident advice always stops me in my tracks and makes me re-think and re-shape the way I do things. It's like having the best possible force of nature in the room, guiding exactly the way we need to communicate and engage effectively with honesty and mission. Charlotte's organisational and people skills are outstanding and all I want to do is keep working with her on more projects!

Charlotte is a prize colleague, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Hire her at once!

Richard Lewis - Director, ActivePlanning

Charlotte has a strong background in sustainable transport policy and stakeholder engagement, and a genuine passion for delivering improvements for local communities. In the run-up to our Transport Summit, she inputted many useful ideas that helped shape the day, suggesting we adopt an ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ approach. She was an excellent chair on the day itself, bringing her experience to bear in steering conversations, facilitating stakeholder discussion and receiving positive feedback from attendees. The report that she co-authored on the proceedings was a well-written, concise summary of the Summit inputs and next steps.

We are pleased to be continuing to work with Charlotte as part of our Active Travel England-supported work -she is developing a meticulous approach to strategic context and stakeholder engagement that will help get more projects over the line.'

Jim Mitchell - Access and Learning Manager, New Forest National Park Authority

Charlotte played a crucial role at the centre of our operation, leading our communications strategy, directly supporting leadership engagements, and coordinating all comms outputs across our 10 partner organisations and a vast newtork fo external stakeholders.

Charlotte's insights, 'can do' attitude, ability to adapt, and capacity to work across such diverse stakeholders distinguished her, esepcially given the sheer pace of the COVID-19 pandemic. She displayed exceptional ability to work under pressure...and consistently delivered to a very high quality.

Charlotte emerged as a leading member of our team, who I relied on for her unerring ability to help identify, manage and mititgate risk across the entireity of our operation.

Dr Bruce Aylward - Assistant Director General - World Health Organization

Charlotte is a highly appreciated colleague, who had a very positive impact during her time with us and with me in different capacities during recent years. Charlotte has demonstrated a strong background and solid technical skills in communication, combined with the ability to work effectively under pressure. She shows excellent interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity both to lead and to work collaboratively within a team environment. She handles complex situations with professionalism, while maintaining clear priorities.

I particularly value Charlotte’s work with our technical teams to help them better communicate the impact of their projects to donors, partner agencies and member states. Charlotte played an important role in kickstarting a process of change in how we communicate and showcase our work, which has led to longstanding improvements to this day.

Dr Philippe Duneton - Executive Director, Unitaid

Charlotte led planning and delivery across some of GLA's most challenging and policy areas, including our work improving the city's transport, promoting active travel, and cleaning the city's air.

These were all immensely complicated (and important) topics, and ones that are fully in the public eye. Charlotte's role involved juggling a hive of internal and external stakeholders, as well as mastering the varied intricacies of the policies themselves.

She delivered incredibly impactful stakeholder and public-facing campaigns and interventions, with results to the benefit of all Londoners.
